Netdrive 3 sftp fails to connect

NetDrive version: netdrive 3
Windows Version:

Hey guys every since upgrading to netdrive3 I struggle to authenticate via SFTP. Yet I can SSH into it no problem from the same machine, it only seems to be netdrive that has the problem. I have signed in using google to netdrive3 but it’s when adding a new connection it doesnt work. I have done the usualy trouble shooting from my side but since the upgrase netdrive has been so unreliable. any advice?
