NetDrive 3 just won't connect all of a sudden

NetDrive version: 3.3.349
Windows/Mac Version: Windows 10.

We had an internet outage and when it started working again NetDrive III wouldn’t connect.

This has never happened before and I have no idea what could be causing the problem.

It just keeps telling me “Login Failed” “Please check login credentials again” These were not changed so no idea what’s going on.

What cloud service do you use? If NetDrive can not connect to service you should try ‘CONFIG’ then ‘CONNECT’ again.

we sorted it out yesterday. Our stupid ISP reset all our settings once they worked out how to get the internet up and running again!

I’m sorry to have criticised our ISP, but they are not that good.
