I have two MAC users in my organization that can’t connect to Synology NAS over WebDAV.
The user can log into NetDrive, but when we try to create a new connection and enter server and login info the following error message is displayed “Please check the connection information”.
If I try the same on my PC i can connect with the same info and credentials.
