MacOS users can't connect to WebDAV

I have two MAC users in my organization that can’t connect to Synology NAS over WebDAV.

The user can log into NetDrive, but when we try to create a new connection and enter server and login info the following error message is displayed “Please check the connection information”.

If I try the same on my PC i can connect with the same info and credentials.

The core.dat file is used when the “Keep me logged in” option is enabled during login. If this file is missing or corrupted, it may cause issues when launching NetDrive3.

To assist you better, could you please provide the version of NetDrive3 you are currently using?

In the meantime, we recommend installing the latest version (3.18.1125) and testing again. You can download it from the following link:

They are using version 12.7.6. We’ll try 3.18.1125 and get back to you.

It seems the link you provided is for Windows. The users with problems are on MacOS. Should they try the BETA or normal from here NetDrive | Mount your storage as local drive ?

The issue you mentioned on MacOS has been addressed in the BETA version.
Could you please try testing with the following BETA build for MacOS?
