Login trouble even when I deactivate a computer

NetDrive version:3.6.498
Windows/Mac Version: Win 10 Pro x64

I can’t mount my NetDrive because when I login, it says “There is another user logged in.” I went to accounts.bdrive.com. I saw the two registered computers. I deactivated INTELNUC. When I try to login, I get the error message again. PLEASE HELP!
