Login failed (code=1)

The password is correct, so why does my phone show “Login failed (code=1)”?

This issue does not appear to be caused by an incorrect password.
We have identified that Login failed (code=1) may occur in the current mobile app when two-factor authentication (2FA) is enabled on the account.

We apologize for the inconvenience.
Our team is currently working on a fix, and we will release an updated version as soon as possible.

In the meantime, if you need to use the mobile app, please temporarily disable 2FA on your account and then try logging in again.
Alternatively, you may continue using the desktop/web version while 2FA remains enabled.

Good news — the Login failed (code=1) issue with two-factor authentication (2FA) on the mobile app has been fixed.

The updated version (v2.0.1) is now available on both the App Store and Google Play. Please update the NetDrive app and try
signing in again with 2FA enabled — the verification flow now opens directly inside the app.

If the same error still appears after updating to v2.0.1, please let us know.
