Invalid Creds Error

I’m having an issue with certain computers being unable to log in to the NetDrive 3 account. I have no issue on one PC but I tried on 2 others and i get the below error message

I’ve attached the not working logs here:

Regarding the login issue you reported, we’ve reviewed the log you provided, and the following could be potential causes:

  • Permissions issue in the user profile folder
  • Missing or corrupted core.dat file
  • Incomplete installation of NetDrive3

To resolve this, we kindly recommend performing a clean uninstall and reinstall of NetDrive3:

  1. Uninstall the current NetDrive3 completely.
  2. Delete the folder C:\Users\(User Name)\AppData\Roaming\NetDrive3 if it exists.
  3. Download and install the latest version from the link below:
    Download NetDrive3 3.18.1125

  • If the issue is still occurring
  • Which version of NetDrive3 you are currently using
