If you cannot mount remote storage as a drive:
- Check if you are using anti-virus softwares. Some anti-virus softwares prevent NetDrive from mounting remote storage. Symantec Endpoint Protection is one of the anti-virus softwares.
- Check if you are under proxy server.
- Change log level to DEBUG and check log file.
