How to remove a licence (subscription)

Hi - I just purchased a 3rd Licence for Net Drive but within 15 minutes found I didn’t need it - I have removed 1 licence but it then goes to a Credit Card page asking for card details again and shows a price for the 2 remaining licences?

Please proceed with the payment to activate a new subscription for two licenses. Once completed, your previous subscription will be refunded.
