You can find crash log by following steps below.

  1. Click magnifier at upper right corner of your screen.

  2. Type ‘console’ in the Spotlight search.

  1. Double click Console in the TOP HIT list.

  1. Click ‘Crash Reports’ and select application on the Process Name list.

  2. Click the log texts and press CMD+A to select all text

  3. Send us the log text to inspect the issue
