When you are using Confluence WebDAV server, you need to check ‘MS SharePoint Server’ on DriveInfo dialog.
MS SharePoint Server and Confluence WebDAV server does not support HTTP Range header.
Whenever user requests a file even small part of it, the whole file will be downloaded because the server does not support Range header.
With this kind of server, it is not recommended to play large video files.
