Iv just purchased Netdrive 3 and getting an error message saying Authentication with Share Point has failed.

This issue is usually caused by Microsoft account authentication or SharePoint access permission problems.
Please check the following first:
- Make sure that the account you are using is a Microsoft 365 work or school account that has permission to access the SharePoint site.
- Please update NetDrive to the latest version and try again.
- Please sign in to your Microsoft account in your default web browser and confirm that you can access the SharePoint site normally.
- Please also delete the existing drive item in NetDrive and create it again.

- Your OS version (Windows/macOS)
- Your NetDrive version
- A screenshot of the error
- Log files

- Launch NetDrive
- Stop any running jobs if applicable
- Open Settings
- Set Log Level to VERBOSE
- Try connecting again
- In Settings, click Open log folder
- Attach and send the log files
