Google Drive upload speed issue

Hi there.

Since 1-2 months upload speed on Google Drive dropped from 600Mbps to 20Mbps. It’s not Google ban or something (I checked it on different account). I also checked it on different internet provider and another PC - still 20Mbps. Is anything happend with NetDrive last time? Do anyone have similar issue?
