Google Drive connections not working

Today I have 3 remote users in my company who cannot connect to Google Drives using Netdrive. Anytime they try to connect a drive, they get a window opening in the browser that asks to choose the correct account to allow permissions to Netdrive and then they get a message that says “Authentication with Google Drive has failed”. I am not certain, but I have a feeling this has to do with Google switching over from Drive Sync to File and Biz Stream. We are on the Google Business platform.

Anyone have any clue as to how to get this to work? I have remote users who need to be able to see shared folders.

Problem must have been on Google’s end. Everything is working again. This can be closed.
