Folder content is not displayed

Hello

I have the following problem Netdrive3 unfortunately does not show all contents of all folders when I mount an FTP or SFTP connection in macOS 15.1.1 as a network drive.

Some folders are even only displayed as a blank sheet, i.e. as an icon.

Dear 4cx4xg2qcn,

Thank you for reaching out regarding the folder content display issue. Based on the information provided, this problem might be related to file/folder permission issues on the FTP/SFTP server. Below are some suggested steps to resolve the issue:

  1. Verify File/Folder Permissions on FTP/SFTP Server
  • Log in to the FTP/SFTP server using an admin account and check the read/write permissions for the affected files and folders.
  • Ensure that the account used with NetDrive3 has adequate permissions (read/write/delete) to access these resources.
  1. Reset macOS Network Drive Cache
  • macOS Finder might not refresh the network drive cache properly.
    • Force quit and reopen Finder, or reboot the system to see if the folder contents are displayed correctly.
  1. Provide Log Files for Further Analysis
  • If the issue persists, please enable VERBOSE logging in NetDrive3, reproduce the issue, and share the generated log file with us for further analysis.

Please let us know if the issue persists after following these steps. We are here to assist you further.

Best regards.
