FIrewall Rules for Netdrive3

NetDrive uses local ports from 49878 (use available ports).

I think the Firewall setting is needed on the Windows running FileZilla. You need to open ports used by FileZilla.

If you have problem connecting FileZilla on Windows please check debug logs.
