I am getting the message “NetDrive File Lock Service is not available!”
My netDrive is updated, version for Windows.
I’ve restarted the system a few times but the error still persists.
I can normally access https://push.bdrive.com/ and it returns It Works!
Could you please check, I have several services with problems due to this error.
What version of NetDrive do you use?
version 3.17.954
I just received the update to version 3.17.960 and the problem persists

Apologies for the delay in responding. Could you please install version 3.17.900 and verify if the file lock service is functioning properly?
