Failure to setup Netdrive FTP through a router

Hi All, 1st time posting here.
I was advised by a friend to use this software to enable drive access to me and a few collaborators.
Recently, the internet guys came over to update the router, and I lost all configurations that the router had regarding open ports for netdrive.

I have no idea how to set it up, can anyone be so kind as to point me to a link where it shows how to open the ports in the router to allow for my work drive to be accessible from anywhere? - I was thinking it would be only port 21, but no go… :frowning:

Thank you for using NetDrive.

Try setting the port in the router settings. Router settings vary from manufacturer to manufacturer, so you may be able to find a way to configure it with your router manufacturer.
