Failed to add drive - google drive / gsuite

When I try and add my google drive account on netdrive3, i click connect, log in to my gsuite account to give the correct permissions and get the authentication completed screen, select the remote path ‘my drive’ leave all options on default and click ok and simply get ‘failed to add drive’.

How do I see why it is failing to add the drive?

If you try it again, there may be a no problem.

I’ve added it now, and I’ve checked it, but there’s no problem.
