Errors occured during installation of Netdrive 3

I got an error code 2502.Please help me resolve the installation issue.My windows 10 professional is 64 -bit based with latest updates. I tried the steps recommended by Microsoft by enabling user control over C:\windows\Temp and run installation uncer command prompt with admin privilege but in vain.

If you have a problem while installing NetDrive, could you attache log files of installer?

The log files are in “%TEMP%\Bdrive”.
“C:\Users\user_account\AppData\Local\Temp\Bdrive\NetDrive3_Install.log”
“C:\Users\user_account\AppData\Local\Temp\Bdrive\NetDrive3_Setup.log”

I Exit all programs.

Delete the contents of the folder that opens up.
Locations of temp folders in Windows:
Windows Vista, 7, 8, 8.1, and 10:
C:\Users<user>\AppData\Local\Temp
C:\Users<user>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files
C:\Windows\Temp
C:\Temp

Hello.

Why did you download msi file? Is there a special reason?

If not, could you try with installer exe file after diwnloading it?
