Does CloudSync only sync when your computer is on?

If you sync between two cloud services (say, from OneDrive to Google Drive), does CloudSync only sync when the CloudSync client is actively running on your computer? Or will the remote sync operation continue even if your computer is off (like MultCloud)?

CloudSync works only when your PC is on and CloudSync is running because all data is downloaded and uploaded to/from your PC.

So even if you’re syncing between two cloud services (say, from OneDrive to Google Drive), then the content will first be downloaded from OneDrive to your local computer and then uploaded from there to Google Drive, even though the content wasn’t on your local computer to begin with? So you’d still have all that data traffic running through your own Internet connection? That might be an issue if you have a data cap.

Yes, it’s how CloudSync works. You can limit transfer speed on options screen if you have data cap.
