Does cloud sync detect file changes and backup the most recent version?

Is there an option for archival storage where you can keep X revisions of a file?

CloudSync detects file changes(file size or file date) then CloudSync will update to target cloud service.
It does not support saving specific revisions.

does it support macros for folder names, so the upload file location can be set to MM-DD-YYYY, and then just set it to sync every 24hours…i imagine it wouldnt impact multi day sync since it shouldnt grab upload location constantly during sync process.

Can upload paths be set as a macro. So a new director is made daily for archival backup.

If not, is config file accessable by user so I can write a script to adjust upload directory

When CloudSync detects a new folder, it will upload it to the target cloud.
However, CloudSync does not support macros that create new folders. You have to create a new folder yourself or use another method.
