Since last week, everytime I turn on my computer, I directly receive a crash error message from NetDrive saying it stopped running abruptly. Looks like I still have access to the configured drives, but I cannot launch NetDrive interface:
Which issue can make NetDrive to not start?
I’ve got the same error. Can’t even connect to my drive!!
Fix this ASAP please. We have paid for this.
Thank you for using NetDrive.
Could you attach dump files to figure out what happened?
The dump files are in C:\ProgramData\NetDrive3\Dumps*.dmp
Please compress the *.dmp files and attach it.
Sorry for the inconvenience it may caused.
These are the dump files for the last three days:
Dumps.zip (148.2 KB)
Additionally, if I try to open Netdrive by double-clicking its shorcut, I get the same error window.
I got the files and reviewed them.
I found where the crash occurred.
But for the details, can we have a remote session via AnyDesk?
If you want, please let me know your AnyDesk address and the time you are available with UTC.
How about 2 hours later( 12:00 UTC)
You can download from https://anydesk.com/en/downloads
If the issue persists, please follow below.
To run cmd.exe, press Windows Key + R, then input cmd.exe.
Go to the path NetDrive3 installed.
cd “c:\Program Files (x86)\Bdrive\NetDrive3”
Reboot the pc.
If the above cannot help you, let’s have a remote session via AnyDesk.
I want to let you know that the problem is solved.
It’s a good news!
Don’t hesitate to contact us.
