Connection with private key doesn't work

Dear Support

New SFTP connection with private key doesn’t work. The connection is with user name, without password and with private key.
I receive an error message “Please check login credentials again”.
The connection with FileZilla and WinSCP works.

NetDrive support only OpenSSH PEM format.

Please convert your RSA PEM format to OpenSSH PEM format before using.
