How do I completely uninstall the program from windows 10 I have tried to uninstall it and reinstall it so I can get a FRESH copy onboard as something in mine appears to be corrupt and is freezing up today. Worked up till last night 5/9/21 and then today… Freezing up…What I would like to do is REMOVE all of the files that it puts on Windows 10 and then start again with a fresh never installed type of setting. I did remove it and try to install again but it definitely keeps some files on the hard drive when that is done as it remembers my email address and when started up tries to log me in and just sits there frozen. I am a PAID subscriber can someone please help me??

Remove program in “Settings” or “Control paner”.
Then, delete data folder in the path “C:\ProgramData\NetDrive3”
C:\ProgramData could be a hidden folder
