Can't open file--Character Limitations on WebDAV?(Synology product)

Hi,

I’m not sure if this problem actually belongs to Windows, Synology or Netdrive yet. But would like to get a clear spec on the limitations of each product first.

Current setup is Synology WebDAV server -> Netdrive -> Mac/Windows clients

What is the limitation on Netdrive side if there is any?
Including:
max file path length
max file name length
restrictions of name convention on special characters?

Thank you for interest in NetDrive.

As you know, the file and folder name length are restricted by Windows.
Also, file name character is restricted by Windows.

In addion these, the length of file and folder name is also restricted by Synology NAS Server too.
