Can't login with SNS account

I can’t login with my SNS account, its show “App Not Setup: This app is still in development mode, and you don’t have access to it. Switch to a registered test user or ask an app admin for permissions.”

Where did you login from (Web, Desktop or Mobile) and what SNS did you used?
