Have you installed NetDrive using a user with administrator privileges?

Or if you attach log files to figure out I will review them.

The path of log files are “%TEMP%\Bdrive”.

C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Temp\Bdrive\NetDrive3_Install.log
C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Temp\Bdrive\NetDrive3_Setup.log

Hello.

I guess an incompatible older “Microsoft Visual C++ redistributable (x64)” and a “Microsoft Visual C++ redistributable (x86)” could be installed on your pc. They could be “2015,2017,2019”.

Please try to install NetDrive after uninstalling the older redistributable (x64) and (x86).
