Difference between 'In account' and 'In device' (ITEM LOCATION option)

If you choose ‘In account’ your drive item will be uploaded to accounts server (it’s encrypted) and it will be available to you wherever you logged in (decrypted before download from accounts server). If you choose ‘In device’ your drive item will be stored only to your current computer (also encrypted) and it will not be availabe to you if your login to other computer.
