I see that this is a common problem for NetDrive, for which the solution seems to be to rollback to a previous software version, but I have a CloudSync service and I don’t know how to address this. Will the same solution apply or is there another way? What version do I install if that’s the case? Thanks!

Have you tried OneDrive for Business (Graph API) when choosing a protocol type?
If you do not see the OneDrive for Business (Graph API) protocol type on add task page, please update your CloudSync to the latest version.
