Please excuse my question, I hope it is easy to solve but I can no longer log in because another user is already logged in. But apart from me, nobody is logged in as administrator, what am I doing wrong?
There is another Windows account logged in your Windows OS. And another Bdrive account at NetDrive application is logged in the Windows account session.
Log out the Bdrive account from NetDrive application in the Windows Account.
Just one Bdrive account can be logged in a PC because your trial license is a personal plan.
If you need multiple Bdrive account in a PC, try Team Plan.
