NetDrive3 trial disconnects several times per day

NetDrive version: 3.3.349
Windows or Mac: Windows
Windows/Mac Version: Windows 10

My NetDrive 3 works well: files upload quickly, everything works properly, except that it disconnects several times per day.

I can reconnect, but it’s problematic while I am working.

I am still in the trial, but plan to buy a license if this is fixed.

BTW, I am connecting via SFTP…
