NetDrive3 can't add any storage type

NetDrive3 can’t add any storage type, Including google drive or dropbox.
After opening the authentication page and have complete the authentication information, it always shows a permanent circle pattern on the Netdrive3 window.

After testing, NetDrive3 runs normally on Win10, but fails when run on Win2019 standard.

I tried to mount a drive item on Windows 2019 Server. But there is no problem.

Could you attach debug log files to figure out what happened?

After setting the log level to VERBOSE, please reproduce the problem and send us the debug log file :
