NetDrive not accessible in a 4G Connexion in France cause Protocole iPV6 don't works

Dear all, we have a big problem with all 4G connexion in France to access to NetDrive Account on the Web access or to access to NetDrive3 application. To resolve this problem we obligate to modifiy the propreties of the APN WiFi access to our mobile phone by changing the protocole APN iPV6 to iPV4.
Could you please tell us if this problem could by resolved by your support. Thanks in advance for your return, kind regards.

We do not support IPv6 only networks yet. We will work on this but cannot confirm when.
