Netdrive android app could not access sharepoint and onedrive business, work on PC but when access from android showing “connection error”

We have tested the Android app and found no errors. However, since we currently lack error logging or reporting functions in the mobile app, we are unable to determine the cause of the issue. To further investigate, could you please uninstall and reinstall the Android app?
