Could you send me a debug log file to figure out what problem is.
To send, set log level to “DEBUG” in options tab and reproduce your problem.
Then attach the log file C:\ProgramData\NetDrive2\nd2svclog\nd2svc.log at here.
note that C:\ProgramData is a hidden as a default.
In addition, let me know what the folder you cannot see is.
