I have a laptop that is already mapped to my cloud based server locally. Is it possible to use these same mappings offsite using netdrive?

Yes you can use the same configuration offsite using NetDrive. If you are using personal plan with multiple devices the drive configurations will be identical on all your NetDrive instances.
