Lost ability to connect to Synology via WEBDAV and Netdrive3 on Windows 10 computer

Please do a few checks to fix the problem.

  1. Would you like to check the router settings?
    Some users say the router has changed the https port after a software update.
    No connection to Synology WebDav

  2. Would you like to check if the user has permission to the WebDAV server?
    You can set the permissions of “WebDAV Server” from the “Users” in the control panel of Synology NAS DSM.

  1. Could you check your DSM’s block list?
    In the past, there was a customer whose ip is registered in block list of the Synology NAS DSM.
