Hi I can’t log on NetDrive
I just get this error “Failed to connect Bdrive server.”
I have uploaded log files

The message you faced appears if NetDrive can not connect to Bdrive Server" like as your pc is offline.
Is your pc under proxy?

I am also getting this error when attempting to connect to Bdrive.
My pc is not under proxy that I am aware of and I have no internet connectivity issues.
