Failed latest update

I tried twice to install NetDrive3 latest update…it downloaded normally but installation phase terminate with: Failed install. I’m using windows 10 Fall Creators Edition.
3.1.234 is NetDrive3 version currently running on my computer. Is there anythingh I can do? Thanks

To examine your problem in detail, please attach install logs by following steps.

  1. Click Start.
  2. Click Run.
  3. In the text box that opens, type %TEMP% then press Enter or click OK.
  4. Find ‘Bdrive’ folder and zip the folder.
  5. Upload the zipped file.
