Cannot connect via new device

Have just purchased an additional license so 2nd laptop can use netdrive.

When i log in to software comes up with following error:

Not Found

The requested resource was not found on this server.

My admin console shows 2 licesnes but only 1 device, is it because i need to add the new device somehow?
