I have user accounts set up on synology nas. Previously able to connect via webdav. For some reason i cant connect to a new user account created on the servicer. Authentication error comes up. But i am still able to connect to the older user accounts.

Did you set a permission of webdav to the new user?
You must do it on server side, DSM.
