Authentication problem on new laptop

I try to access my cloud storage (any of my accounts) on my new laptop. I cannot authenticate, it’s always hanging (turning circle like on my screenshot) when I try to access. If I try with a false password, then I get an error. With the correct user name and password the authentication procedure hangs.

On my other laptop the same procedure works well. I have 2 licenses.
