Account is Inactive Problem

I am writing from this account because my licensed account gives an account inactive warning. When I try to log in with my licensed google account, I get an account is inactive warning. I’ve reported the issue to support@bdrive.com. If you wish, I can share the information of the problematic account here.

This happened due to payment issue. Why do you deactivate the account when there is such a problem? Now I have to open a new account and buy from there. You don’t offer people a way to reactivate the account!
